Below you'll find a list of frequently asked questions that may help answer your query.
Q: Where do I review my timesheets that I need to submit for payment?
A: From your profile home screen, click on the button labelled 'Review Timesheets' in the profile menu.
Q: When does my timesheet need to be submitted by?
A: Your timesheet will be released to you on the Monday following the worked week, this needs to be submitted by Midnight on Wednesday of this week.
Q: I've submitted my timesheet but forgotton to add some expenses, what do I do?
A: From the 'Review Timesheets' (Outstanding Items) screen, click the 'Add Previous Expense' button on the left menu and complete the form.
Q: An item on my timesheet is not correct, how do I correct it?
A: On the right hand side of the item in question, click the 'Raise Query' button and fill in the form. This query will then be reviewed by a TRO staffing executive.
Q: When will my payments for completed work reach my bank account?
A: Payment will be made the 25th of each calendar month (or the previous working day if the 25th falls on a weekend) for all timesheets submitted within the above timelines for any work completed for weeks ended 10th of the current month and before.
Q: When will I receive my payslip?
A: You will be notified via email when your payslip is available to view on the mypay website, this will be prior to payment being made into your bank account.
Q: Will I be paid my salary and expenses at the same time?
A: Expenses can be claimed and paid weekly. Expenses will be paid outside of the payroll so they will be paid into your account every Tuesday, one week in arrears.

We recommend original receipts should be sent by recorded post (non-refundable) and are required to be received within 14 days of the end of the assignment otherwise reimbursement will not be processed. TRO will not be held liable for any lost receipts or receipts received after this deadline.
Q: Where do I send my expense receipts?
A: Please print the receipted expenses form from the timesheet screen, attach the receipts to it add post in an envelope to:

Q: Where do I review my paid timesheet items?
A: From your profile home screen, click on the button labelled 'Review Timesheets' in the profile menu then click the the 'Review Paid Items' button on the left menu. Note, these items are displayed by payroll week.
Q: I've found a receipt for an old expense I want to claim, how do I do claim it?
A: From the 'Review Timesheets' (Outstanding Items) screen, click the 'Add Previous Expense' button on the left menu and complete the form.
Q: Where do I need to send my P45, P46, P38 (student tax form)?
A: Please send P45 and P46 documents to:
Promotional Staff Expenses, TRO Group Ltd, Parklands, 825a Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 2SN.
If you do not have a P45, you can fill out the P46 form from the HM Revenue & Customs website.
NOTE: We do not accept P38 (student tax form).
Q: My Tax Code is incorrect, how can I change it?
A: You are responsible for your own tax code, if you think that this is incorrect please contact HMRC on 0300 200 3300 who will be able to help.
