A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to work with global events agency TRO supporting a well-known beer brand.

We are looking for Team Leaders to deliver an exciting campaign to raise awareness and deliver the best on trade experiences for a category leading beer in association with sports orientated events.

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven and outgoing Brand Influencers with a passion for beer who feel at home within the pub scene environment.

You will be part of a nationwide team delivering on trade experiences to sports led venues.

Full training and brand immersion offered.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

A Team Leader will be expected to:

 

Experience with driving a transit van is mandatory

ESSENTIAL: Staff to have held licence for min 2 years, no more than six points, no driving bans in last 5 years.

Take initiative within every venue to maximize sales within the venue

Ensure the brand is front of mind to all customers

Have a keen interest in sports (football preferable)

Have an approachable attitude towards all customers and staff

Must be comfortable within a pub/bar environment

Encourage loyalty to the venue from customers

Enthusiastically strive towards set targets

Previous bar experience is a bonus

Provide weekly reports

Ensure all event kit is maintained and cleaned ready for use at every activation

Must have great weekend availability from February through May 2018.

Work with the TRO Account Team to plan and schedule diaries in advance to maximise impact in outlets.

Provide consumer insights to TRO and the brand team to help evolve the programme and shape future campaign activity.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Shifts focus around a minimum of 8 hours on Saturdays and 6 hours on Sundays.

BENEFITS

Ongoing and guaranteed weekly working hours available.

Shift availability will always be confirmed 4 weeks before live activation.
